Training!
Our Case Managers and Registered Health Professionals are dedicated to delivering exceptional support and training to our staff. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and assistance in gaining qualifications in the health and social care sector. After passing probation, staff will meet with Case Managers and Registered Healthcare Professionals to discuss their next steps and have face-to-face meetings every six weeks to review progress, implement necessary support, and adapt plans to achieve goals. Our registered health professionals collaborate with a top external training provider to create customized training courses tailored to individual needs and ambitions.
